Job Readiness & Skilling Programs
The gener8tor Skills Accelerator is a virtual, rapid reskilling program for people with disabilities looking for jobs in high-demand roles in their communities or working remotely for companies across the country. Graduates build their confidence alongside their technical knowledge in small, cohort-based groups where they receive one-on-one support to achieve their career and employment goals. Participants earn certifications that lead towards the pursuit of industry-recognized, postsecondary credentials including Certificates from gener8tor, Microsoft and LinkedIn. In certain programs, participants have access to reduced-fee exams to secure additional industry-recognized certifications.
Self-Employment Services Offered
Empower your entrepreneurial journey with gener8tor's personalized coaching and mentorship program. We provide strategic analysis, access to a mentorship network and tailored support to meet your unique business needs. Participants receive a feasibility study and business plan services to create well-planned and viable business opportunities. Join our growing, successful community of entrepreneurs. What to Expect
Our program focuses on unemployed or underemployed job seekers with disabilities or business entrepreneurs with basic computer skills who can commit 15-20 hours a week to the program. Personalized Career or Business Coaching
Receive tailored personalized career or business coaching from our team of experts, covering topics such as resume writing, interview skills and more. If you’re an entrepreneur, we offer guidance to launch and grow your business venture.
Lunch and Learns
Engage with industry leaders to boost your career knowledge and explore topics relevant to your journey in seeking a career or building a startup. Topics include personal branding, career pivots, market sizing, revenue models, financing goals and much more.
Access to a Network of Mentors and Peers
Collaborate and grow with a supportive peer group throughout the course.
No Out-of-Pocket Cost
gener8tor Skills program is provided at no out-of-pocket cost to eligible applicants through privately funded scholarships and public innovative workforce programs at federal, state, and local levels .
Learn at Your Own Pace
Earn a gener8tor Skills Accelerator certificate by completing the program modules at your own pace during the cohort.
Career Accelerator
Personalized coaching, job placement support and curated openings. For startups, we offer mentor and investor swarm opportunities.

Question: How much does the program cost?
Answer: The gener8tor Skills Program offers valuable training at no out-of-pocket cost to eligible applicants. If you’re referred by your vocational rehabilitation counselor through public workforce programs funded at the federal, state, and local levels, you can participate. If you haven’t connected with a counselor yet, visit your local vocational rehabilitation office. Remember that all services are tailored to your needs. To access gener8tor services, ensure your counselor includes employment goals in your Individual Service Plan (ISP) and provides a referral for the program.
Question: Can I complete the program 100% virtually?
Answer: YES! All programming will be virtual to make sure you can progress your career in a format that works well for you. Some programs will have in-person events and opportunities available but won’t be a requirement for you to graduate.
Question: What does success look like after completing the program?
Answer: Participants that graduate from the gener8tor Skills Vocational Rehabilitation Program are encouraged to utilize our coaching, job placement, and mentoring for the duration of their journey. Program alumni are routinely contacted by our team and will continue to have direct access to sign up for services like the Skills Job Board Website, Networking events and more.
