Microsoft TechSpark AI Readiness Programs
Practical AI training, delivered with gener8tor, for communities nationally including where Microsoft builds and operates datacenters. Learn how to use AI tools with confidence, build skills that matter in today's economy and get the support to take your next step.
Programs are provided at no cost to participants and are rolling out to 17 communities across 14 states this fall.
Built in Wisconsin, Now in Communities Across the Country
Microsoft TechSpark and gener8tor started this work in 2020, helping job seekers in Northeast Wisconsin build digital skills and connect learning with employment. 6 years later, that partnership has grown into a set of AI readiness programs shaped by the communities that run them.
Each program pairs hands-on learning with coaching and connections to local employers and partners. You do not need a technical background or a job in tech to take part. Choose the pathway that fits where you are today.
