About the Program
The Cox Cleantech Accelerator invests $100,000 into five innovative and high-growth startups leading the charge in sustainability and climate tech solutions. This bi-annual program provides support to help startups grow into high-value companies with scalable infrastructure.
This program is open to any startup focused on solving, mitigating or adapting to climate and environmental crises and engages with founders who reflect the diverse communities impacted by climate change.

What Makes Our Cleantech Accelerator Different?
Investment
You’ll receive a $100K cash investment directly into your current capital round. If you are not raising, we offer an uncapped convertible bridge note to be invested directly into your next round.
Strategic Network
You’ll be connected to corporate partners and investors to scale your impact, and Atlanta-based enterprise pilots to hone your skills. Plus, you’ll build relationships within your cohort and the community of gener8tor alumni.
Focused Support
You’ll be one of five founders in a cohort…not 10…not 15…not 100. We only invest in five companies per program, enabling us to truly focus our time, energy and network on your startup.
Mentorship & Coaching
You’ll get 12 weeks of individualized coaching and mentorship from the gener8tor and Cox teams via one-on-one meetings. You’ll interact with 100+ serial entrepreneurs, investors and industry experts, including experienced cleantech and enterprise mentors who can coach you in business areas like marketing, talent, legal and more.

Applications are welcome from any climate-related startups headquartered anywhere in the world; however, startups must be willing to spend the majority of the program in Atlanta, GA.

We expect founders to spend the majority of the program in Atlanta, GA. The cohort will be hosted at Ponce City Market and dozens of strategic in-person connections will be made in the Georgia ecosystem.
