Our name pays tribute to the year North Dakota obtained statehood. We strive to honor the pioneering spirit of the state’s founding by supporting its boldest innovators.

This gives our portfolio access to gener8tor’s national network of venture capital funds, angel investors, mentors, corporate partners and conferences.
Local Impact
In addition to our venture fund, gener8tor operates three accelerator programs annually exclusively for North Dakota startups – gener8tor North Dakota, gBETA Fargo & gBETA Grand Forks.
These programs are designed to jump-start the growth of recently launched startups and help them become venture-ready.
